She cut the call. She is so cute. She even get mad at me. Oh I love that.

I didn't wait further. She said she'll be free in 10 minutes. I took my car key and got ready to see her. I drive as fast as I can. Or ek toh yeh traffic. Ghatiya sa.

I only have 10 minutes to reach there. And I reach here in 9 minutes. Wow Akaay Desmukh. You made a new record. You are the greatest.

I parked my car. And waited for her. Students were going home. But she didn't come out. It made me worry. I was about to go when I saw a familiar face. I smiled.

She was coming out of University gate with Nihal and Maya. When she saw someone sitting on the car’s Bonet. Looking at her. Smiling widely.

Akaay

He was waiting for her. Like he did yesterday. Sitting on a car's bonnet. His eyes were only at hers. With so much patience.

Anantha was surprised by his action. She couldn't move her eyes from him. Someone clears the throat. Anantha blinks twice. She looked at her right side. It was Nihal. He narrowed his eyes on her.

Maya was smiling. Her curious eyes were on Anantha. She opened her mouth to ask a question. But before she could say.Anantha said.

“Later” Anantha said with a calm voice. Nihal nodded his head. He was happy for her. Her eyes sparkled seeing Akaay. That was worth it.

“But” Maya let out. And Nihal put his hand on her mouth. Making her stop saying anything. Anantha shook her head right and left. She was smiling under the mask. She started to leave.

“Take care” Nihal said to her. With hopeful eyes there was a hint of worry. Anantha nodded her head.

Without making Akaay wait more she went near his car. Akaay got down from the car. He looked at Nihal. Nihal was giving him glare like ‘ Don't you dare do something to her’

He smirked at Nihal. And opened the door for Anantha. Before sitting she looked at him. Then Akaay closed the door and ran to the driver's seat. Anantha looked at her friends again.

Nihal was pulling Maya with him. Walking to the parking lot. What Will happen with them? Anantha questioned her mind. She was in the car with Akaay and thinking about this.

“Hungry” Akaay asked suddenly. She flinched. She came out of her thoughts. She looked at him. She shakes her head no.

“Okay” Akaay responded. He wanted to ask her about Nihal. He was jealous but he could build courage to say anything to her. It's a little early for this. But his curious ass didn't let his mouth shut.

“Can I ask you something? Please” Akaay asked her with puppy eyes again. His dramatic tactics always worked on her. She blinked again.

“I have a question too,” Anantha replied in her little stutter. She was nervous. How would she ask him what they are?

“Okay you first,” Akaay said.

“No, you can ask first,” Anantha said in a calm tone.

“I still believe in Lady's First. Brownie” Akaay said, looking at her. And there was no room for argument. They were arguing but still.

“What are we?” She asked. Which Akaay looked at her. He wiggled his eyebrows. Like he didn't understand.

“Like we are dating? Or just friends? Or I don't know. What we are” she repeats her words. Making him understand.

Akaay scoff smile. She is so cute he thought. He looks into her eyes with intensity. His voice got deeper.

“You know the moment I looked at you. There was a voice in my empty heart. She is the one. I wanna be hers. So absolutely we are dating. For now.” He says with breaking eye contact.

“What did you ask this stupid question? Brownie. Don't you see in my eyes?” he says. Laughing at her stupid question.

“I did see in your eyes. Stop laughing” she started to speak. He couldn't stop laughing. And it made her chuckle too while speaking.

“It's just we didn't decide or neither did you clear anything” she said. Akaay started to laugh a little harder.

“Oh my poor brownie. I'm so sorry for that. We are dating from yesterday. It's clear for you now” he made fun of her. And started to laugh again. She was chuckling too. Shaking her head right and left.

“Buy the way. What was your question?” She said while controlling her smile.

“Oh yes that….” He was laughing. And immediately stop his laugh. He looked at her face. He scratched his neck. He doesn't know how to start.

“Uhh… who was that guy? I mean in the gate you look close to him. Is he your ex or something?” He asked her with nervousness. Anantha was surprised again with his questions.

“Are you jealous?” She asked him in a curious tone.

“Haahh. No” he scoff. “ Why would I'll be. I'm more handsome then he is. Yes I'm little.” He was saying and confess in last. With guilty eyes.

She smiles and shakes her head. Jealousy looks good on him. He was accusing her that her questions are stupid. But look at him now. Asking her stupid questions.

“ He is my childhood friend and yes we are close but not enough” she cleared herself.Akaay breath through his mouth.

“Should I get afraid of him that he would steal my girl? Is there any chance?” He asked her with hopeful eyes.

“No. There is no chance” she answered with confidence. And he believed her. He nodded his head.

They were talking when they reached a cafe. He told her to wait in the car. He ran inside the cafe and came out with a bag. He gave it to her. She took it without asking.

She looked inside and it was a chocolate shake, her recent favourite thing. She looked in his direction and he was looking at her already.

“So Missss….” He was saying but stopped in mid sentence. He turned to her. With widened eyes. Anantha got confused.

“I don't know your name,” he says with a dramatic voice. Dumb guy. He was dating her. Loving her without knowing her name

“Anantha” she paused for a second. “It's Anantha Patil,” she said to him. She said her real name. In University it's Anantha Bakshi and no one knows her real name except Nihal. But she told him.

“It's a very unique name. And pretty too” he said.

“So miss Anantha Patil. Where do you want to go now.” He asked her in a childish manner.

“Home” she said in a low tone.

“Okay tell me the direction.” he said and Anantha nodded her head.

“And yes my name is Akaay naam toh suna hoga” he said in confidence

“Nahi suna” Anantha said. She was joking and Akaay didn't understand. He looked at her with a broken heart. Everyone knows him but she doesn't.

“I was joking. Chill. Everyone knows who you are” she said. Akaay looked at her in disbelief.

He drove slowly and she was telling him directions.

“Stop here. I'll go from here” she said stopping him in middle of road. There was few people around. Shopping vegetables.

“Are you sure?” he asked in worry.

“Yes. I have to buy somethings” she said gently. Assuring him while taking her bag.

“I can help in shopping.” He said.

“No. You already did so much for me. Thank you so much. You should go now.” She said with a gentle voice.

Akaay didn't say anything. Maybe she needs some space too. He nodded his head. And came out of the car. And opened the door for her. She came out. She turned to him. He kicked the door shut.

“Go safely and text me when you reach. Okay” he said. He wanted to kiss her. Her forehead. But it was too early so he said.

“Hmm Bye. Mr. Akaay” she said.

“Bye Brownie.” He said. And with a small sadness in his heart. He said bye to her. And turned towards the car. And sat inside.

She was looking at him from the footpath. Waving her hand in the air. Then his other action. Made her pause.

He took his hand left and touched his lip and blew in the air. He gave her a flying kiss. He smiled at her reaction and left.

She paused in her place. After a few seconds she left that place with a blush on her cheeks.
